This document (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”, “User Agreement”, or “Agreement”) is a legally binding agreement between you (“you”, “your”, “User”, “Visitor”) and CamTwice.com (also called “CamTwice”, “Company”, “Website”, or “Site”). You may be an individual, business, or organisation. “We”, “us”, and “our” refer to CamTwice.com.

Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using CamTwice.com, including our random video chat, text chat, and one-on-one chat features (together, the “Services”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, our Rules, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies referred to here. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.

1. Eligibility – 18+ Only

CamTwice.com is strictly for adults. By accessing or using the Website, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if that is higher;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement;
• Using the Services is legal where you live and where you access them from;
• You have not previously been banned from CamTwice.com or any related service.

Anyone under 18 is prohibited from using CamTwice.com. If we believe a user is under 18, we will immediately terminate their access and may block their IP address or device. If you see someone who appears to be a minor, end the chat right away and report it through our Contact Us page.

2. Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse Material

We have a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any sexualisation, exploitation, grooming, or endangerment of minors. Any user who creates, shares, requests, or promotes such content, or who tries to contact minors for any harmful purpose, will be permanently banned without notice. Where required or permitted by law, we will report the user and preserve and share relevant information (including IP address, device data, and timestamps) with law enforcement and child protection organisations, including the South African Police Service, the Film and Publication Board, and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).

3. Affiliate and Third-Party Disclaimer

CamTwice.com may contain links, buttons, banners, and recommendations that lead to third-party websites, apps, and services, including other video chat and dating platforms. Some of these are affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission or fee when you click them, sign up, or make a purchase. This comes at no extra cost to you.

We do not own, operate, or control these third-party services. They have their own terms, privacy policies, age requirements, and pricing, and you use them entirely at your own risk. Before you sign up or pay for anything, read the third party’s terms. We are not responsible for the content, conduct, billing, refunds, privacy practices, or security of any third-party site or service. Any dispute you have with a third party is between you and that third party.

4. How the Services Work

CamTwice.com randomly connects users with other users for live video, audio, and text conversations. Please understand that:

• You will be matched with strangers whose identity, age, location, and intentions we cannot verify;
• We do not screen users before they are matched, and we cannot guarantee the behaviour of other users;
• Chats happen in real time, and we do not monitor every conversation as it happens;
• We do not guarantee that you will be matched with anyone, or with any particular type of person, at any time.

5. Access and Use of the Website

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use CamTwice.com for your personal, non-commercial use, strictly in line with these Terms. You may not transfer or assign this licence.

This Agreement does not create any partnership, joint venture, employment, agency, or franchise relationship between you and us.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Website, temporarily or permanently, at any time and for any reason, including maintenance, updates, technical, legal, or commercial reasons. We are not liable for any harm caused by unavailability or technical issues, including hardware or software failures, hacking, or events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

You are responsible for your own device, internet connection, and data costs.

6. User Accounts

Some features may require you to create an account. If you do, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information;
• Keep your login details confidential and not share your account;
• Take responsibility for all activity under your account;
• Let us know immediately through our Contact Us page if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

We may refuse registration, or suspend or delete any account, at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms or our Rules.

7. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct

You are fully responsible for your conduct on CamTwice.com. You agree not to:

• Use the Website if you are under 18, or help anyone under 18 to use it;
• Display, share, or request nudity, sexual acts, or sexually explicit content in the CamTwice chat;
• Record, screenshot, screen-capture, stream, or save any other user’s video, audio, image, or messages without their clear consent, or share such material anywhere;
• Share or threaten to share intimate images of anyone without consent, or engage in sextortion, blackmail, or coercion of any kind;
• Harass, bully, threaten, stalk, intimidate, or abuse any user;
• Post or display content that is hateful or discriminatory, or that incites violence, on the basis of race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic;
• Show or promote violence, self-harm, animal cruelty, weapons used to threaten others, or illegal drugs;
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your age, identity, or affiliation;
• Collect, request, or share anyone’s personal information (such as full names, addresses, phone numbers, social media accounts, or financial details) without their consent, including “doxxing”;
• Spam, advertise, solicit, or promote products, services, websites, or other users’ profiles, or use the Services for any commercial purpose, without our written permission;
• Offer, request, or arrange paid sexual services, prostitution, or human trafficking;
• Commit or promote fraud, scams, phishing, romance scams, or any other illegal activity;
• Infringe anyone’s intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights;
• Use pre-recorded videos, virtual cameras, or fake streams to mislead other users;
• Break any applicable local, national, or international law.

8. Malicious User Activity

You agree not to:

• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems or networks;
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features, IP blocks, bans, or access restrictions, including by using VPNs or proxies to evade a ban;
• Use bots, spiders, scrapers, crawlers, or other automated tools to access the Website or collect content or data;
• Forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers to disguise the origin of any content or transmission;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Website or its software;
• Upload or send viruses, malware, or harmful code, or overload, flood, or spam our servers;
• Copy or reproduce the Website to build a competing website or service;
• Encourage or help others to break these Terms.

9. User Content

“User Content” means any video, audio, image, text, or other material you transmit or make available through CamTwice.com. You are solely responsible for all of your User Content. You confirm that you own or have all necessary rights to it, that everyone who appears in it is at least 18 and has consented, and that it does not break any law or infringe anyone’s rights.

We do not claim ownership of your User Content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, transmit, process, and display your User Content only as needed to operate, provide, secure, and improve the Services, and to enforce these Terms and comply with the law.

We are not obliged to monitor User Content, but we may review, block, or remove any content and take action against any user at our sole discretion, including when we believe content breaks these Terms, our Rules, or the law.

All other content on CamTwice.com, including text, graphics, logos, and user interface design, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute it without our written permission.

10. Your Safety

Talking to strangers online carries real risks. We strongly recommend that you:

• Never share personal details such as your full name, address, school, workplace, phone number, passwords, or financial information;
• Never send money or gift cards to anyone you meet on the Website;
• Assume that anything you show or say on camera could be recorded by the other person, despite our prohibition on recording;
• End any chat that makes you uncomfortable and report the user;
• Take great care before meeting anyone from the Website in person, and always meet in a public place.

You use the Services at your own risk. We are not responsible for the conduct of any user, on or off the Website.

11. Reporting Abuse and Illegal Content

If you see anything that breaks these Terms or the law, including suspected minors, CSAM, non-consensual intimate content, harassment, threats, or scams, please report it immediately through our Contact Us page. Please include as much detail as you can, such as the date and time, a description of what happened, and any relevant links.

We review reports as quickly as possible and may remove content, ban users, preserve evidence, and cooperate with law enforcement where appropriate. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.

12. Copyright and Takedown Notices

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe material on CamTwice.com infringes your copyright or other rights, send us a notice through our Contact Us page. Your notice should include:

• Your full name and contact details;
• A description of the work or right you claim has been infringed;
• The exact location (URL) of the material;
• A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the rights owner, its agent, or the law;

We handle notices in line with applicable law, including the South African Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 and, where relevant, the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act. We may terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

13. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy matters to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, including IP addresses, device and browser data, and cookies. We process personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA) and, where applicable, the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). To keep the Services safe, we may use automated tools and log technical data (such as IP address, device, browser, operating system, approximate location, and timestamps) to detect abuse, enforce bans, and comply with legal obligations.

17. Termination of Access

We may restrict, suspend, or permanently terminate your access to CamTwice.com, with or without notice, if we believe you have broken these Terms, our Rules, or the law, or if your conduct puts other users or us at risk. We may use technical, legal, or other measures to enforce this, including IP and device blocking. We may change ban periods at our discretion.

You may stop using the Website at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply after termination, including those on user content, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law.

18. Disclaimer of Warranties

CamTwice.com and the Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, or security. We do not guarantee that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components, or that any information on it is accurate or complete.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CamTwice.com, its owners, operators, staff, and partners are not liable for:

• The conduct, content, or communications of any user or third party, whether online or offline;
• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages;
• Any loss of data, income, profits, or goodwill, damage to hardware or software, service interruptions, or unauthorised access to your information;
• Any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Website or any third-party service linked from it.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total liability to you for any claim will be limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 where it applies to you.

20. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CamTwice.com and its owners, operators, staff, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Website;
• Your User Content;
• Your breach of these Terms or our Rules;
• Your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

21. Amendments

We may update these Terms, our Rules, and our Privacy Policy at any time. Changes take effect when we post them on this page, and we will update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Website after changes are posted means you accept them. If you do not agree with the changes, stop using the Website immediately.

22. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any legal dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Website will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence. To the extent permitted by law, any claim must be brought within one year of the date it arose.

23. Evidence and Cooperation with Authorities

If these Terms or the law are broken, we may pursue any remedies available to us. For evidence and enforcement, we may use and preserve your username or avatar, screenshots, reports, IP address, approximate location, browser and operating system data, and related logs. Where required by law, or where necessary to protect the safety of any person, we may share this information with law enforcement or regulators.

24. General Provisions

• Entire agreement: These Terms, together with our Rules, Privacy Policy, and any other policies referred to here, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Website.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full force and effect.
• No waiver: If we do not enforce a right or provision, that does not mean we have waived it.
• Assignment: You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms. We may assign ours to any successor or affiliate.
• Language: If translated versions of these Terms differ, the English version prevails.
• Headings: Headings are for convenience only and do not affect how these Terms are interpreted.
